This privacy policy explains what happens to your information when you contact Avenoir Aesthetics Pty Ltd through this website.

What the enquiry form collects. The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. Please don't include medical details in your message. Those are discussed privately, in person, at your consultation.

What we do with it. Your submission is sent by email directly to the clinic. It is not stored in any database, and no copy is kept anywhere else once it has been sent. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.

Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal information. It reports only aggregate page views and performance data, and does not track you individually or across other sites.

Accessing or correcting your information. If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Complaints. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us directly in the first instance. If your concern relates to Ashwina Ratan's clinical care or conduct, you may also contact the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) on 1300 419 495.
